4. The boulevard portion of the street right -of -way shall not be used for parking. <br />5. Setback Area. Required accessory off-street parking shall not be provided in <br />required front yards or in required side yards in the case of a comer lot in. <br />residential districts. <br />6 In the case- of single family, two- family townhouse and quadraminium <br />dwellings, parking shall be prohibited in any portion ofthe front.yard, except <br />designated driveways leading directly into a garage or-one (1) open, surface <br />space located on the side of a. driveway, away from the principal use. <br />G. Use of Required Area. Required accessory off - street parking spaces in any district <br />shall not be utilized for open storage, sale or rental of goods, storage of inoperable <br />vehicles as regulated by Section 903.020, N. of this Ordinance, and/or storage of <br />snow. <br />H. Number of Spaces Required. The following minimum number of off - street parking <br />spaces shall be provided and maintained by ownership, easement and/or lease for and <br />during the life of the respective uses hereinafter set forth: <br />1.. Single Family, Two - Family, Townhouse and Ouadraminium Units. Two (2) <br />spaces per unit. <br />2.. Boarding House. At least one (1) parking space for each person for whom <br />accommodations are provided for sleeping. <br />3. Multiple Family Dwellings. At least two (2) fee free spaces per unit. <br />4: Public Parks. Playgrounds and Plavfield. At least five (5) parking spaces for <br />each acre of park over one (1) acre; two (2) parking spaces per acre for <br />playgrounds, and ten (10) spaces for each acre of playfieid_ When a public <br />recreation site has more than one (1) use designation, the areas must be <br />divided for determining the required parking space <br />5. Motels. Motor Hotels. Hotels. One (1) space per each rental unit, plus one <br />(1) space for each ten (10) units. Facilities as may be provided in conjunction <br />with such buildings or uses shall be subject to additional requirements which <br />are imposed by this Section. <br />6. School, Elementary and Junior High. At least one (1) parking space for each . <br />classroom plus one (1) additional space for each fifty (50) student capacity. <br />Page 39 <br />
