*6_ In the case of single family, two - family townhouse <br />and quadraminium dwellings, parking shall be <br />prohibited in any portion of the front yard, <br />except designated driveways leading directly into <br />a garage or one (1) open, surface space located <br />on the side of a driveway, away from the principal <br />use. <br />G. Use of Required Area. Required accessory off - street parking <br />spaces in any district shall not be utilized for open <br />storage, sale or rental of goods, storage of inoperable <br />vehicles as regulated by Section 903.020, N. of this <br />Ordinance, and /or storage of snow. <br />H. Number of Spaces Required. The following minimum number of <br />off- street parking spaces shall be provided and maintained <br />by ownership, easement and /or lease for and during the life <br />of the respective uses hereinafter set forth: <br />1. Single Family, Two - Family, Townhouse and Quadraminium <br />Units. Two (2) spaces per unit. <br />2. Boarding House. At least one (1) parking space for <br />each person for whom accommodations are provided for <br />sleeping. <br />3. Multiple Family Dwellings. At least two (2) fee free <br />spaces per unit. <br />4. Public Parks, Playgrounds and Playfield. At least five <br />(5) parking spaces for each acre of park over one (1) <br />acre; two (2) parking spaces per acre for playgrounds, <br />and ten (10) spaces for each acre of playfield. When a <br />public recreation site has more than one (1) use <br />designation, the areas must be divided for determining <br />the required parking space. <br />5. Motels, Motor Hotels, Hotels. One (1) space per each <br />rental unit, plus one (1) space for each ten (10) <br />units. Facilities as may be provided in conjunction <br />with such buildings or uses shall be subject to <br />additional requirements which are imposed by this <br />Section.. <br />6. School, Elementary and Junior High.
