Roger Stanke
209 Ryan Drive
LittleCanada, Minn.
June 24, 1999
City of Little Canada
515 Little Canada Road
Little Canada, Minn. 5511
Attn: Elizabeth Mursko
Below are listed my reasons for which I am seeking a variance from the
City of Little Canada for my property at 209 Ryan Drive, Little Canada.
1. No rear yard storage. My building is positioned between the
railroad easement and the NSP Highline easement.
2. Limited side storage. Because no sewage line is available to this
property, I have a sewage holding tank on the west end of the
building, and a drainfield on the east end. East side of building
also has the drainage creek.
3. Because of the railroad easement curving to the south, my west
property line footage is less than east property line footage.
Therefore, west side property storage is greatly reduced.
4. Length of certain vehicles stored in west lot are longer that the
Width of my building.
Page 120
