NO: 758.09 - 89.50 <br />At. the Council meeting on 27 September, the City Council approved <br />th:e_ 9tan'ke variance subject to the items listed in our report <br />-dated 12. ,:Sieptember. In addition, they placed the following <br />cc.nd.L t ons on. "ahe project. <br />1... .Mr_S:tanke must submit and have approved, by you and me, a <br />Landscape• plat. prier to building permit issuance.. <br />2 That landscape plan must be accompanied by a bond letter of <br />credit for 125% of the estimate for the landscape <br />installation. The estimate must be submitted from a <br />.qualified landscape contractor. <br />Mr. Stanke must also submit a detail for the pavetent area - <br />a clearly dimensioned site plan would probably be okay. <br />The • occupancy permit for to the new building is t be withheld <br />until the pavement is in; this in lieu of requiring a <br />securit_ for the paving.
