E <br />Little Canada, Minnesota 55117 -1633 <br />RE: 1999 STREET IMPROVEMENTS <br />PAY ESTIMATE NO. 3 <br />Dear Mr. Hanson: <br />Enclosed are three copies of Partial Pay Estimate No. 3 for North Valley, Inc: on the 1999 street <br />improvement project. The amount eamed to date by the Contractor is $556,977.02. Subtracting <br />retainage of $29,443.25 and previous payments of $308,762.63 the amount due the contractor <br />is $218,771.14. <br />The bulk of the work this month was on Viking Drive. The slight overrun on common excavation <br />is for the over excavation due to unsuitable subgrade- materials. We have inspected the work <br />performed by North Valley, Inc. and find it to be incompliance with the plans, specifications and <br />contract documents.
