MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />JULY 8, 1999 <br />FENCE — <br />78`JESSICA <br />COURT <br />Sea <br />*Prior to any grading activity, silt fence shall be installed to further <br />protect trees and to control sediment run off into the wetland. <br />*The final utility and grading plans shall be approved by the City <br />Engineer. <br />*Review and approval of parking demand and supply by the City <br />Planner. <br />*Architectural review and approval as required as well as Final <br />PUD approval, and signage review. <br />*Review and approval of the landscape plan. <br />*Review and approval by the City Planner of both views of the <br />building, including front and back as well as retaining walls. <br />*Any other review and approvals as determined necessary by City <br />staff. <br />Motion seconded by Carson. <br />Motion carried 7 to 0. <br />With reference to the Reeves fence installation, the City <br />Administrator recommended that if Mr. Reeves were to install his <br />fence to extend over the property at 78 Jessica Court, the Planning <br />Commission refer action on a variance for 78 Jessica Court to the <br />City Council. In that way both variances can be considered by the <br />City Council at their July 28`h meeting. <br />Barraclough recommended referral of action on a fence variance <br />for 78 Jessica Court to the City Council based on the same <br />conditions as were considered for the Reeves fence variance for 72 <br />Jessica Court. <br />Motion seconded by Knudsen. <br />Motion carried 7 to 0. <br />ADJOURN Keis recommended that the meeting be adjourned. <br />Page 16 <br />
