Marco Construction will be at this Council meeting for approval of their final plat <br />and compliance with architectural guidelines. <br />Attached is a memo form the City Engineer indicating his comments on the plat. Item #2 <br />is being handled as a separate item on this same agenda. Item #3 is scheduled for <br />approval at our September 8t1 Council meeting. The developer should address items 4 <br />and 5. <br />We have not received a report from the City Planner as of yet.
