CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />NOTICE OF HEARING ON VACATION OF <br />A PORTION OF 1'HE NORTH SERVICE ROAD OF TRUNK HIGHWAY NO. 36 <br />(VIKING DRIVE) <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a hearing will be held before the City Council of <br />Little Canada at the City Center on the 25th day of August, 1999, at 7:30 P.M. to hear all <br />persons present upon the proposed vacation of North Service Road of Trunk Highway <br />No. 36 (Viking Drive) within the City of Little Canada as described below: <br />That part of Lot 35, J. F. Eisenmenger's Garden Lots, according to the duly <br />recorded plat thereof, Ramsey County, Minnesota, which lies northerly of a line <br />run parallel with and distant 40.00 feet northerly of the following described Line <br />A, southerly of a line 50.00 feet northerly of and parallel with said Line on said <br />Line A, and easterly of a line perpendicular to said Line A passing through a point <br />on said Line A which point is 85.00 feet westerly of the termination point of said <br />Line A: <br />Line A <br />Beginning at a point on the west line of Section 7, Township 29 North, <br />Range 22 West, said Ramsey County, distant 886.00 feet north of the <br />southwest corner thereof; thence run easterly at an angle of 90 feet; thence <br />deflect to the right at an angle of 53 degrees 09 minutes 16 seconds for <br />143.32 feet; thence deflect to the left on a 20 degree 00 minutes 00 <br />seconds curve (delta angle 53 degrees 05 minutes 07 seconds) for 265.43 <br />feet; thence easterly on tangent to said curve for 137.02 feet and there <br />terminating; <br />Together with that part of Lot 36, J. F. Eisenmenger's Garden Lots, according to <br />the recorded plat thereof, Ramsey County, Minnesota, lying southerly of Lot 1, <br />Block 1, LITTLE CANADA MALL ADDITION, said Ramsey County and <br />which lies northerly of a line run parallel with and distant 40.00 feet northerly of <br />the following described Line B: <br />Line B <br />Beginning at a point on the west line of Section 7, Township 29 North, <br />Range 22 West, said Ramsey County, distant 886.00 feet north of the <br />southwest corner thereof; thence run easterly at an angle of 90 degrees 00 <br />minutes 00 seconds from said west section line for 163.32 feet; thence <br />deflect to the right at an angle of 53 degrees 09 minutes 16 seconds for <br />286.42 feet; thence deflect to the left at an angle of 53 degrees 05 minutes <br />07 seconds for 597.39 feet and there terminating. <br />Page 55 <br />
