Hanson <br />I have received the proposed site plan, grading and drainage plan for the proposed building to be <br />constructed at 67/79 Viking Drive. <br />The proposed project includes the vacation of a 10 foot wide portion of Viking Drive to enable a <br />better building location and parking lot configuration. <br />It is my opinion that the area to be vacated would not be required for any existing nor future <br />improvements on Viking Drive.
