MINUTES OF Mb REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />AUGUST 12, 1999 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br />Planning Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the <br />12th day of August, 1999 in the Council Chambers of the City <br />Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Vice Chair Rick Montour called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. <br />and the following members of the City Council were present at roll <br />call: <br />MINUTES <br />CUP FOR OPEN <br />AND OUTDOOR <br />STORAGE - <br />209 RYAN LANE - <br />RUSS FISCHER <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: Mr. Dennis Carson <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Ms. Faith Kraemer <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />ABSENT: <br />Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Ms. Elizabeth Mursko, Zoning Admin. <br />Mr. Joel Hanson, City Administrator <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer, Deputy Clerk <br />There being no corrections to the minutes of the July 8, 1999 <br />meeting those minutes stood approved as submitted. <br />Montour noted that Russ Fischer, 209 Ryan Lane, has requested <br />that action on his application for Conditional Use Permit for open <br />and outdoor storage of trucks and equipment as well as a Variance <br />relating to landscaping requirements be tabled at this time. Mr. <br />Fischer has indicated that he is in the process of obtaining soil <br />borings on his property. <br />Carson recommended that the CUP application for open and <br />outdoor storage as well as Variance relating to landscaping <br />requirements for 209 Ryan Lane, Metro Cleaning, be tabled until <br />the September 9, 1999 Planning Commission meeting. <br />Motion seconded by Duray. <br />Motion carried 4 - 0. <br />Page 63 <br />
