MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PARKS & RECREATION COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />AUGUST 19, 1999 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br />Parks & Recreation Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was <br />held on the 19th day of August, 1999 in the Council Chambers of <br />the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chair Muriel Bianchi called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. and <br />the following members of the City Council were present at roll <br />call: <br />COMMISSION: Mrs. Muriel Bianchi <br />Mr. David Grey <br />Mr. Robert Schabacker <br />Ms. Kathy Smith <br />ABSENT: Mr. Matt Anderson <br />Ms. Ginger Sackett - Glaser <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Jim Morelan, Parks & Rec Director <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer, Deputy Clerk <br />MINUTES Schabacker recommended approval of the minutes of the July 1, <br />1999 meeting as submitted. <br />Motion seconded by Grey. <br />Motion carried 4 — 0. <br />RICHIE <br />PROPERTY <br />DIVISION <br />The Commission reviewed the proposed subdivision of the Richie <br />property located at 2966 LaBore Road. The director indicated that <br />there are no plans in the Park Master Plan for a park in this area. <br />Therefore, he recommended a cash park dedication in lieu of land. <br />Smith recommended that the City impose a cash park dedication <br />for the Richie property division. <br />Motion seconded by Schabacker. <br />Motion carried 4 — 0. <br />Page 70 <br />
