Legal description: Greenbrier Wood Lot 2 Block 2. <br />Variance Application No. 833. <br />Basic Request <br />We wish to build a driveway and install a standard sewer and water service about 200 feet from <br />Greenbrier down the proposed section of Allen Ave. for out lot Greenbrier Wood Lot 2 Block 2 <br />(See plan). Allan Ave. East of Greenbrier is now undeveloped. The 241 feet by 66 feet has been <br />plotted for over 20 years. <br />We do not wish to disrupt the two neighbors to the south and north side of Allen Ave. or cause <br />them any unnecessary financial burden. We do understand that if Allen Ave. should one day be <br />developed into a finished road there would be a cost or assessment to the property and would note <br />this in the tittle or sales agreement. <br />We are open to any or all of your suggestions you may have to help us resolve our situation <br />regarding the ability to access our lot that would best serve everyone concerned. <br />Thank You, <br />dry>dn"--'- <br />Page 73 <br />Gary Sorenson <br />
