Hanson <br />I recommend approval of DaVem, Inc.'s filling/grading permit to allow them to perform needed <br />site preparation work subject to the following: <br />1. Obtaining Ramsey/Washington Metro Watershed District's approval prior to starting <br />any clearing/filling /grading work. <br />2. Meeting the City Engineer's plan review comments. <br />3. Installation and maintenance of a silt fence at the toe of all fill areas or other areas as <br />needed to prevent any eroded material from getting to Blacktern Pond. <br />4.
