Rosse, have applied for a conditional use <br />permit (CUP) for open and outdoor storage of equipment (snowmobiles, motorcycles, <br />boats, auto storage and construction equipment) as an accessory use in the side yards, at <br />221 -225 Ryan Drive, in Ryan Industrial Park. <br />The applicant indicates that there are three business units located in the building with a <br />total of four (4) — six (6) employees. <br />Site and surrounding areas <br />This property is an interior lot located on a .84 acre parcel on the northern side of Ryan <br />Drive. The property is zoned "PUD" Planned Unit Development with an underlying <br />Industrial use. The purpose of the PUD zoning district is to provide for the integration and <br />coordination of land parcels as well as the combinations of varying types of residential, <br />commercial and industrial uses. <br />The principal uses within this building are auto repair and office. The auto related <br />businesses at this location are "grandfathered" under the previous 1 -1 zoning district.
