EXTRACT OF THE MINUTES <br />OF A MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />SEPTEMBER 8, 1999 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Little Canada, Ramsey County Minnesota was duly called and held at the City Center <br />of said City on the 8Ih day of September, 1999 at 7:30 P.M. <br />The following members were present: <br />Fahey, Scalze, LaValle, Morelan, and Pedersen. <br />And the following were absent: None. <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY <br />2000 TAX LEVY AS PRESENTED BY CITY STAFF <br />WHEREAS, <br />The preliminary 2000 tax levy is as follows: <br />GROSS TAX LEVY <br />Less: <br />1,820.477.00 <br />HACA 416,268.00 <br />NET TAX LEVY FOR CERTIFICATION 1,404,209.00 <br />AND WHEREAS, <br />The Council is required to certify the preliminary tax levy to the County Auditor by <br />September 15, 1999. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LITTLE CANADA that the Council hereby approves the preliminary 2000 tax levy of <br />The adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Council Member and <br />upon vote taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />And the following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Council this 8th <br />day of September, 1999. <br />
