NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF LITTLE CANADA COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Little Canada, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 27, 1999, at approximately 7:30 pm at the Council Chambers in the Little Canada City Hall, 515 Little Canada Road East, Little Canada, Minnesota, relating to the proposal of the City to adopt the Modified Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project Area No. 1 and adopt a Modified Tax Increment Financing Plan (collectively, the "Modifications ") for the modification of Tax Increment Financing District No. 3 -2 (a redevelopment district), located within Redevelopment Project Area No. 1 , pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.090 through 469.1081 and Sections 469.174 to 469.179, all inclusive, as amended. Copies of the Modifications are on file and available for public inspection at the office of the City Administrator at City Hall. The proposed modification to the tax increment financing district will facilitate a redevelopment project in the City's Rice Street and Little Canada Road redevelopment planning area by adding four parcels to the District, identifying additional parcels for acquisition and modifying the TIF Plan budget. The property to be added to Tax Increment Financing District No. 3 -2 is located within Redevelopment Project Area No. 1 and the City of Little Canada and encompasses all property and adjacent and interior roads and rights -of -way as indicated by the parcel identification numbers listed below: 7- 29 -22 -22 -0026 Parcel Numbers 7- 29 -22 -22 -0080 7- 29 -22 -22 -0029 7- 29 -22 -22 -0067 A map of Redevelopment Project Area No. 1 and Tax Increment Financing District No. 3 -2 therein, is set forth below. Subject to certain limitations, tax increment from Tax Increment Financing District No. 3 -2 may be spent on eligible uses within the boundaries of Redevelopment Project Area No. 1 .
