Local match option Table 2 -1 Key Characteristics of District No. 3 -2 2.3 Description of District No. 3 -2 The District is located primarily around the intersection of Rice Street and Little Canada Road. At initial creation, District No 3 -2 contained 24 parcels and the right -of -way of all adjacent streets. The 1999 Modifications expanded the. District to include four parcels on Rice Street south the intersection with County Road C. The specific parcels are listed in Table 2 -2.
