TIF District No. 3 -2 <br />2.8 Property To Be Acquired <br />The City may acquire any parcel within Dist ict No. 3 -2 Redevelopment Project Area No. 1 including <br />interior and adjacent street rights of way.' <br />1. Any properties identified for acquisition will be acquired by the City only in order to accomplish <br />one or more of the following: storm sewer improvements; provide land for needed public streets, <br />utilities and facilities; carry out land acquisition, site improvements, clearance and /or <br />development to accomplish the uses and objectives set forth in this plan. <br />2. The following are conditions under which properties not designated to be acquired may be <br />acquired: <br />The City may acquire property by gift, dedication, condemnation or direct purchase from willing <br />sellers in order to achieve the objectives of this tax increment financing plan. Such acquisitions <br />will be undertaken only when there is assurance of funding to finance the acquisition and related <br />costs. <br />2.9 Estimated Impact on Other Taxing Jurisdictions <br />The estimated impact on other taxing jurisdictions assumes construction which would have occurred <br />without the creation of District No. 3 -2. If the construction is a result of tax increment financing, the <br />impact is $0 to other entities. Notwithstanding, the fact that the fiscal impact on the other taxing <br />jurisdictions is $0 due to the fact that the construction would not have occurred without the assistance of <br />the City, the estimated impact of District No 3 -2 for the original adoption of the Plan wu a <br />appears in Table 2-4. .. • .. .
