PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION <br />RESOLUTION OF THE LITTLE CANADA PLANNING COMMISSION FINDING <br />THAT THE MODIFIED REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR REDEVELOPMENT <br />PROJECT AREA NO. 1 AND THE MODIFIED TAX INCREMENT FINANCING <br />PLAN FOR TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 3 -2 CONFORM TO <br />THE GENERAL PLANS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND REDEVELOPMENT <br />OF THE CITY. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Little Canada, Minnesota, (the "City ") has proposed to <br />adopt a Modified Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project Area No. 1 and a Modified Tax Increment <br />Financing Plan for Tax Increment Financing District No. 3 -2 (collectively, the "Modifications ") and has <br />submitted the Modifications to the Little Canada Planning Commission (the "Commission ") pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.175, Subdivision 3, and <br />WHEREAS, the Commission has reviewed the Modifications to determine their conformity with the <br />general plans for the development and redevelopment of the City as described in the comprehensive plan for <br />the City. <br />" NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission that the Modifications conform with the <br />general plans for the development and redevelopment of the City as a whole. <br />Adopted this 14th day of October, 1999. <br />A l I EST: <br />PAGE 167 <br />N:\Minnsota\Little Canada \TIF3 -2 mod \plan comm res.wpd <br />
