Hanson, City Administrator
DATE: October 21, 1999
RE: 10% Committee
Inquiries have been sent out regarding interest in serving on the 10% Committee and
responses are expected by Monday. At that time a list of those interested in serving will
be given to the Mayor, and he will make a recommendation for appointments at
Wednesday's meeting. Four appointments are necessary — one to replace the Community
Pride representative and three citizens -at- large. (The Council had indicated that it would
prefer to have two of these representatives from the business community.)
For your information, the Planning Commission has recommended that Tom Duray serve
as their representative, while the Parks & Recreation Commission has recommended Matt
Anderson.
PAGE 238
