MAYOR
Michael I, Fahey
COUNCIL
Beverly Scalze
Jim LaValle
Steve Morelan
Bob Pedersen
515 Little Canada Road, Little Canada, MN 55117 -1600 ADMINISTRATOR
(651) 484 -2177 / FAX: (651) 484 -4538 Joel R. Hanson
Email: cityhall @ci.little - canada.mn.us
TO: Dan Sebesta
FROM: Elizabeth Mursko, Zoning Administrator
DATE: December 6, 1999
RE: Draft Review
As per our discussion, I have reviewed your letter dated December 6, 1999. The
following are additional items that will need to be addressed in your letter:
• The parking requirement of eleven (11) parking spaces was calculated based
on the building use associated with your business. The current parking
configuration for storage /warehouse and office use met the zoning code
requirement with the exception of stripping. Stripping would have to be re-
established as it has faded beyond recognition. The proposed new occupant
use (auto and office) requires thirty (30) parking spaces be established on this
property to meet zoning requirements.
• The enclosed list may not include all exterior storage items, however, all
materials and equipment not associated with the new occupants Conditional
Use Permit (CUP) must be removed by June 30, 2000 subject to the approval
of the new occupant/owner.
• The deadline for removal of all exterior storage items will remain in place as
you have indicated on my memo's dated September 14, 1999 & November
30, 1999 whether the property is sold or if you remain the property owner.
• Please sign the letter submitted to the City of Little Canada.
Should you have any questions or comments, please contact me.
Page 136
