Fahey, Mayor <br />DATE: December 3, 1999 <br />RE: Bonus for City Administrator <br />I am recommending that in addition to his base salary increase, we pay our City Administrator a <br />$4,500 bonus (less applicable taxes) in recognition for his extraordinary performance this year on <br />the CI Title Country Drive Redevelopment and the Rice Street/County Road C development. <br />Without Joel's personal intervention and leadership on these projects, I do not believe we would <br />have achieved the positive outcomes we did. This payment is being made on a one -time basis <br />for 1999 and will not set a precedent for future years.
