A search of City files resulted in the following information: <br />• Sewer for this property would require the construction of a new sewer line along <br />Ryan Drive. Therefore, their sewer line would run from their building straight out to <br />Ryan Drive. This property would be assessed a portion of the cost to build the sewer <br />line along Ryan Drive. <br />• There is a sewer force main that was installed in 1995 along Country Drive from <br />Frattalone's north under Ryan Drive and the Rail Road tracks.
