Hanson <br />Email: cityhall @ci.Iittle- canada.mn.us <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Mayor Fahey and Members of the City Council <br />FROM: Kathy Glanzer, Deputy Clerk <br />DATE: November 18, 1999 <br />RE: <br />Vacancies - Planning Commission <br />Parks & Recreation Commission <br />Staff is requesting authorization to advertise the vacancies on both the Planning <br />Commission and the Parks & Recreation Commission. <br />Terms of office expire as of December 31, 1999 for John Keis and Scott Barraclough. <br />Both these vacancies will be for three -year terms expiring on December 31, 2002. <br />There are currently two vacancies on the Parks & Recreation Commission. One vacancy <br />is for a two -year term and the other a three -year term. <br />It is anticipated that the Council would act on appointments at its December 15 meeting. <br />Page 61 <br />
