Hanson <br />Email: cityhall @ci.little- canada.mn.us <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Mayor Fahey and Members of the City Council <br />FROM: Kathy Glanzer, Deputy Clerk <br />DATE: November 19, 1999 <br />RE: Municipal Deferred Assessments <br />The following two property owners have requested that the City levy the deferred <br />assessments against their property to Ramsey County: <br />Richard Blue <br />3011 Arcade Street <br />05- 29 -22 -11 -0016 <br />Total to be <br />Certified <br />$5,080.60 <br />Loren Kehn <br />333 Brooks Avenue E. <br />07- 29 -22 -14 -00122 $2,311.46 <br />The County required a Council resolution in order to levy these deferred assessments <br />against the property. The appropriate resolutions are attached for your consideration. <br />Please note that we are proposing to spread the assessment over a ten -year period at 7% <br />interest. <br />Also note a resolution attached relative to assessment of the Greg Maranda property at <br />3058 LaBore Road. This property recently connected to City water and sewer and was <br />not assessed at the time the improvement went in. Therefore, the assessment as proposed <br />is below.
