The appropriate resolutions are attached for your consideration. <br />Please note that we are proposing to spread the assessment over a ten -year period at 7% <br />interest. <br />Also note a resolution attached relative to assessment of the Greg Maranda property at <br />3058 LaBore Road. This property recently connected to City water and sewer and was <br />not assessed at the time the improvement went in. Therefore, the assessment as proposed <br />is below.
