MAYOR
Michael I. Fahey
COUNCIL
Beverly Scalze
Jim LaValle
Steve Moreian
Bob Pedersen
515 Little Canada Road, Little Canada, MN 55117 -1600 ADMINISTRATOR
(651) 484 -2177 / FAX: (651) 484 -4538 Joel R. Hanson
Email: cityhall @ci.little- canada.mn.us
MEMORANDUM
TO: Mayor Fahey and Members of the City Council
FROM: Kathy Glanzer, Deputy Clerk
DATE: November 10, 1999
RE: Tenant Satisfaction Survey — Little Canada Bingo Hall
I have conducted a survey of tenants at the Little Canada Bingo Hall to determine if there
are any issues that the Council should address as part of the bingo hall license renewal.
The results of that survey are as follows:
Lake Owasso — No problems.
Little Canada Charity Plus — They feel there could be some improvements made
with the exterior maintenance around the building. The landlord has someone
who periodically cleans up the area, but feel this should occur more frequently.
They also mentioned that the timer for the parking lot lights needs to be adjusted.
Little Canada Historical Society — No problems.
North Suburban Youth Association — No problems. Any matters brought to
management's attention have been resolved.
Concession Stand Management — Was unable to reach Joe Vitale prior to this
evening's meeting.
Page 15
