3. The off- street parking areas and associated drives leading to and in the rear yard must <br />be paved with asphalt, bituminous or concrete. <br />4. The off - street parking areas must be striped with white or yellow paint lines not less <br />than four (4) inches wide. <br />5. The off- street parking must have a continuous curb barrier or concrete curb stops <br />surrounding the front and rear parking area. <br />6. All junk and debris must be removed from the side and rear yards along with creating <br />order to the storage of materials on this site. <br />7. The City Engineer recommends that the curb -cut access points be reduced to a <br />maximum of two (2) and in addition the width of the access points should be not greater <br />than thirty -two (32) feet for each of the public street access points. However, the City <br />Engineer does not have an objection to the current configuration, as it does not hinder <br />traffic flow. <br />8. Property owners are responsible for compliance with Minnesota State Statute <br />requirements regarding the establishment and compliance of handicap parking <br />guidelines. <br />9.
