Hanson, City Administrator <br />DATE: November 5, 1999 <br />RE: Redevelopment Update — Rice Street/Little Canada Road <br />The Collyard Group presented us with a concept site plan for redevelopment of the Rice <br />Street/Little Canada Road area. We have not scheduled this concept plan for <br />consideration by the Planning Commission until other appropriate submittals have been <br />received. The developer has been made aware of our requirements.
