Hanson <br />Email: cityhall @ci.little- canada.mn.us <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Mayor Fahey & Members of the City Council <br />FROM: Greg Schroeder, Public Works Director <br />DATE: November 5, 1999 <br />RE: Lee Rossow's Conditional Use Permit for 3101 Spruce Street <br />Part of Mr. Rossow's request for a conditional use permit at 3164 Ryan Lane is to construct a <br />series of planters along Ryan Lane. Their construction (they are 90% constructed) will impact <br />access to an existing fire hydrant and available storage for snow plowed from Ryan Lane. <br />Mr. Rossow is out of town until November 8, 1999. I will attempt to meet with him prior to the <br />November 10, 1999 Council meeting to discuss the above impacts and possible solutions. The <br />results of this meeting will be presented at the Council meeting.
