EXHIBIT B <br />Buyer to pay all assessments and costs relative to the <br />development of adjacent property, including but not limited to <br />the road directly to the south of Sellers' property, and any <br />assessments levied against Sellers' property as a result of, or <br />associated with, the development., including any and all park fees. <br />Buyer to assist Sellers in rezoning of their property. <br />This assistance shall include, but not limited to, the paying <br />of all attorneys fees, costs, and application fees associated <br />with the rezoning of their property. <br />Buyer to maintain a 3 - 1 slope on the western side of <br />Sellers' property as required by city ordinance. <br />That all closing costs and surveying expenses related to <br />the trade of land or to the development of adjacent property <br />shall be borne solely by the developer. <br />All costs associated with the project and obligations of <br />payment undertaken by the Purchasers under the terms of this <br />agreement are to be paid when due. <br />All representations and warranties made herein are <br />intended to survive closing and shall not be merged in the deed. <br />4/ <br />O'� <br />eLl-5 <br />Page 97 <br />
