CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RESOLUTION FOR VACATING UTILITY EASEMENT <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Little Canada has determined to vacate the following <br />described utility easement: <br />The West 8 feet of the East 11 feet of Lot 25, Block 1, Pitrina Park <br />Terrace Second Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota; <br />AND WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on April 27, 1999 before the City Council <br />in the City Center after due published and posted notice had been given by the City <br />Administrator, a reasonable attempt was made to give personal notice to all affected <br />property owners, and all persons interested were given an opportunity to be heard; <br />AND WHEREAS, any person, corporation or city owning or controlling easements <br />contained upon the property vacated, reserves the right to continue maintaining the same <br />or to enter upon such way or portion thereof vacated to maintain, repair, replace, remove <br />or otherwise attend thereto; <br />AND WHEREAS, it appears that it will be in the best interest of the City to vacate such <br />easement; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following easement is hereby <br />vacated: <br />The West 8 feet of the East 11 feet of Lot 25, Block 1, Pitrina Park <br />Terrace Second Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota; <br />Adopted by the Council this 27th day of April, 1999. <br />Attest: <br />Joel R.
