EXTRACT OF MINUTES <br />OF A MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />APRIL 27, 1999 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Little <br />Canada, Ramsey County, Minnesota was duly called and held at the City Center of said City on <br />the 27th day of April, 1999 at 7:30 P.M. <br />The following members were present: <br />Fahey, LaValle, Morelan, Scalze, and Pedersen <br />And the following were absent: None. <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ASSESSMENT REAPPORTIONMENT FOR <br />PROPERTY DIVISION NO. DA 066642 <br />AS RECOMMENDED BY CITY STAFF <br />WHEREAS, <br />Ramsey County Tax Accounting Department has requested the reapportionment of assessments <br />due to Property Division DA 066642; <br />AND WHEREAS, <br />City staff has reviewed the assessments relative to this property and has recommended the <br />following reapportionment: <br />ORIGINAL ASSESSMENT — <br />05- 29 -22 -11 -0090 - $303.01 <br />REAPPORTIONMENT — <br />05- 29 -22 -11 -0100 - $303.01 <br />05- 29 -22 -11 -0101 - $0 <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE <br />CANADA hereby approves the Assessment Reapportionment for Property Division DA 066642 <br />as recommended by City Staff. <br />The adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Council Member and upon <br />vote taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />LaValle, Morelan, Fahey, Scalze, and Pedersen. <br />And the following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Council this 27th day of <br />April, 1999. <br />Page 134 <br />
