Hanson <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Mayor Fahey & Members of the City Council <br />FROM: Greg Schroeder, Public Works Director as <br />DATE: April 23, 1999 <br />RE: 1999 Street Construction /St. Paul Water Utility Agreement <br />The 1999 street construction project includes reconstruction of the curve at the intersection of <br />McMenemy and Viking Drive. This curve is within the Board of' Water Commissioners of the <br />City of St. Paul's right -of -way. <br />Also, as part of the 1999 street construction project, we are proposing to place excess soils <br />material along Centerville Road adjacent to the Ditch 16 culvert. A portion of this disposal area <br />is also within the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of St. Paul's right -of -way. <br />We cannot begin work in the above areas until we obtain permission from the Board of Water <br />Commissioners of the City of St. Paul. Therefore, it is requested that the City Council authorize <br />and execute an agreement with the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of St. Paul. <br />GS:kp <br />Page 144 <br />
