In our conversation you <br />indicated that the only documentation or evidence that the City <br />of Little Canada was in any way invo1vcc in the operation of the <br />Schnitzer scrap yard, 2703 Territorial .Road, St. Paul; Minnesota, <br />was the document you attacthod as Exhibit. NNO. 4 to your letter of <br />February 5, 1999. <br />• Exhibit No. 4 appease to be a copy of a receipt No. F09338 <br />of Schnitzer Iron & Metal. Co., dated either June 11, 1979, or <br />possibly June 11, 1974, indicating in tthci "Name" portion of the <br />receipt "Little Canada".
