RESOLUTION # <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS <br />WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of Little Canada, Minnesota, that the roads hereafter described <br />should be designated as Municipal State Aid Streets under the provisions of Minnesota laws; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Little Canada, Minnesota, that the <br />roads described as follows, to -wit: <br />Flower Street from Rice Street to Canabury Drive, County Road B2 from Edgerton Street to <br />Arcade Street, Twin Lake Boulevard from the north city limits to the north city limits, Market <br />Place Drive from Rice Street to Little Canada Road, Eli Road from Centerville Road to DeSoto <br />Street thence DeSoto Street from Eli Road to LaBore Road, be, and hereby are established, <br />located, and designated Municipal State Aid Streets of Little Canada, Minnesota, subject to the <br />approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Deputy Clerk of Little Canada, Minnesota, is hereby authorized <br />and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for <br />consideration, and that upon his approval of the designation of said road or portion thereof, that same be <br />constructed, improved, and maintained as a Municipal State Aid Street of the City of Little Canada. <br />Passed and adopted this day of , 1999 <br />ATTEST: <br />Joel R.
