NORTHWEST ASSOCIATED CONSULTANTS INC. <br />November 25, 1983 <br />Mr Jerry Carle <br />311 East Wheelock Parkway <br />Saint Paul, Minnesota 55101 <br />Dear Mr Carle: <br />The Council's approval of your amende&conditional use permit on 22 November, <br />1983, carried with a directive for our offica to dbcumeniththe stipulations <br />imposed. This letter therefore addresses the conditions which pertains to <br />the site plan. The resolution of the building design and improvements will <br />be left to Mr. Ed Locke, the City Building Official. <br />The conditions noted below are based upon your revised site plan dated 17 <br />November, 1983, and which was received by the City on 22 November, 1983. <br />1. The fence in the Southwest corner of the property running <br />from the West lot line to the storage building was initially <br />approved as a wood fence. The chain link fence which has <br />been installed will be considered acceptable if: <br />A. The fence is slatted with neutral colored material <br />B. Two staggered rows of Russian Olive trees are planted <br />immediately in back of the fence. <br />2. If the area in the Northwest corner of the property is to be <br />utilized for equipment storage, a wood fence is erected to <br />screen the equipment from public view. <br />3. Landscaping as noted around the office /garage structure is <br />provided in a fashion simular to that proposed in your initial <br />plans. <br />4. The material storage areas be defined but on an initial basis <br />no physical barriers delinating driveways and storage areas <br />need to be installed. Should this situation prove to be <br />unacceptable in regulating traffic movement on the site timber <br />barriers, or some other form of acceptable control, will be <br />required. <br />5.
