MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MARCH 24, 1999 <br />PUBLIC <br />HEARING - <br />C.UP FOR <br />TELECOMMU- <br />NICATIONS <br />TOWER - <br />U.S. WEST <br />miscommunicated some things to the Planning Commission, and <br />requested that he be allowed to take his request back to the Planning <br />Commission for reconsideration. <br />Fahey asked if there was anyone from the general public present wishing <br />to comment on the Carle CUP request. There was not. <br />The City Administrator noted that in order to return this application to the <br />Planning Commission, Mr. Carle will need to waive the City's 60 -day <br />review period. That waiver must be in writing. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99 -3 -62 - CONTINUING THE PUBLIC <br />HEARING ON THE CARLE CUP APPLICATION FOR 3101 <br />COUNTRY DRIVE SUBJECT TO THE APPLICANT SIGNING A <br />WRITTEN WAIVER OF THE CITY'S 60 -DAY REVIEW PERIOD <br />WITHIN TEN DAYS OF TODAY'S DATE, OTHERWISE THE <br />APPLICATION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT WIT T. BE <br />CONSIDERED TO BE DENIED BASED ON THE <br />RECOMMENDATION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND <br />2HE RECOMMENDATION OF THE CODE ENFORCEMENT <br />OFFICER AS OUTLINED 12V HER REPORT DATED MARCH 18, <br />1999 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (4) Fahey, LaValle, Morelan, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Fahey opened the public hearing to consider the application submitted <br />by U. S. West for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a telecommunications <br />tower, antenna, and ground equipment at 300 Littie Canada Road. It was <br />noted that the Planning Commission tabled action on this request until <br />their next meeting. <br />There was no one from the general public present wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99 -3 -63 - CON77NUING THE PUBLIC <br />HEARING ON THE U.S. WEST APPLICATION FOR <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR TOWER, ANTENNA, AND <br />Page 59 <br />
