MINUTES CITY COUNCIL MARCH 24, 1999 PUBLIC HEARING - C.UP FOR TELECOMMU- NICATIONS TOWER - U.S. WEST miscommunicated some things to the Planning Commission, and requested that he be allowed to take his request back to the Planning Commission for reconsideration. Fahey asked if there was anyone from the general public present wishing to comment on the Carle CUP request. There was not. The City Administrator noted that in order to return this application to the Planning Commission, Mr. Carle will need to waive the City's 60 -day review period. That waiver must be in writing. Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 99 -3 -62 - CONTINUING THE PUBLIC HEARING ON THE CARLE CUP APPLICATION FOR 3101 COUNTRY DRIVE SUBJECT TO THE APPLICANT SIGNING A WRITTEN WAIVER OF THE CITY'S 60 -DAY REVIEW PERIOD WITHIN TEN DAYS OF TODAY'S DATE, OTHERWISE THE APPLICATION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT WIT T. BE CONSIDERED TO BE DENIED BASED ON THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND 2HE RECOMMENDATION OF THE CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER AS OUTLINED 12V HER REPORT DATED MARCH 18, 1999 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (4) Fahey, LaValle, Morelan, Scalze. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. Fahey opened the public hearing to consider the application submitted by U. S. West for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a telecommunications tower, antenna, and ground equipment at 300 Littie Canada Road. It was noted that the Planning Commission tabled action on this request until their next meeting. There was no one from the general public present wishing to comment on this matter.
