MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />APRIL 8, 1999 <br />PROPERTY <br />DIVISION — <br />2941 <br />EDGERTON — <br />CHISHOLM <br />TEMPORARY <br />PERMIT FOR <br />TRAILER — <br />3137 COUNTRY <br />DRIVE — <br />FRATTALONE <br />PAVING <br />eauswavaRamolownewernat <br />townhome property was platted. However, the issue of <br />telecommunications antennas was never discussed. <br />Mr. Steve Chisholm, owner of 2941 Edgerton Street, appeared before <br />the Commission requested the division of his property into two <br />single - family lots. Chisholm reported that he has reviewed the City <br />Planner's report and agrees with the recommendations contained in <br />that report. <br />Mr. Montour recommended approval of the division of 2941 Edgerton <br />Street into two single- family lots as requested by Mr. Steve Chisholm <br />subject to compliance with the recommendations of the City Planner as <br />contained in his report dated April 5, 1999. <br />Motion seconded by Knudsen. <br />Motion carried 7 — 0. <br />Keis reported that Frattalone Paving is requesting approval of a temporary <br />permit to allow the use of a trailer for office space for their company. <br />Keis reported that Frank Frattalone could not be present this evening, but <br />called his to report that they are looking to purchase property across the <br />street in order to construct a permanent office for the business. They are <br />requesting the temporary permit through March of 2000. <br />Montour asked about compliance with the building code. The Deputy <br />Clerk reported that the trailer would have to meet all building code <br />requirements prior to issuance of the temporary permit. <br />Montour asked about an earlier sunset for the permit should Frattalone <br />Paving construct and occupy a new office space prior to April 1, 2000. <br />Keis reported that Frattalone indicated to him that it would be his intention <br />to stop using the trailer location as soon as possible. <br />Mr. Carson recommended approval of the temporary permit for use of a <br />trailer as temporary office space for Frattalone Paving, located at 3137 <br />Country Drive subject to compliance with the recommendations of the <br />Code Enforcement Officer as outlined in her report dated April 1, 1999, <br />subject to the trailer meeting all building code requirements, and subject to <br />expiration of the permit on April 1, 2000. <br />Page 82 <br />
