FRIEDBERG <br />of Count() <br />Only admincd to <br />practice in W sconsin <br />Re: City of Little Canada 42(m)(2)(D) Determination Letter Requested for Provinces Apts. <br />Dear Joel and Brigid: <br />Pursuant to additional comments from Briggs & Morgan, P.A. enclosed please find a revised <br />15 -year pro -forma in connection with the request that City of Little Canada issue a determination <br />letter pursuant to Code Section 42(m)(2)(D) regarding the Provinces Apartments. <br />One comment indicated that the pro -forma should reflect the expenditure from the tax escrow for <br />the sprinkler system. The pro -forma was changed to reflect this. <br />A comment indicated that the pro -forma should reflect the payment of the remaining deferred <br />development fee. The partnership's accountant informs us that the remainder of the deferred <br />development fee was paid from operational cash flow during the period 1996 -1998. This was a <br />faster than expected amortization because of higher than projected occupancy percentages for <br />those periods. The general partner believes that the projected occupancy on the pro -forma more <br />Page 38 <br />
