That hearing is for County Road B -2. Since the <br />last series of public hearings that were held, we have completed work on the plans and <br />specifications, and they are now ready for City Council approval and authorization to advertise <br />for bids. We would anticipate a bid opening in late March. This would allow us to be one of the <br />first projects out for bids and should afford us a competitive bidding environment with the best <br />bids possible. The other thing this schedule affords us is the opportunity to get construction <br />underway as early as possible in the spring of the year, therefore, easily completing the project <br />in the late summer early fall. <br />If you have any questions regarding this project or the project schedule, we will be in attendance <br />Wednesday, February 10, 1999 at the City Council meeting. <br />Sincerely, <br />HOWARD R.
