RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS <br />LaBORE ROAD (COUNTY ROAD D TO EDGERTON STREET) <br />McMENEMY ROAD (LII 1'LE CANADA ROAD TO VIKING DRIVE) <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 98-25 <br />WHEREAS, <br />A resolution of the City Council adopted the 17th day of December, 1998, fixed a date for <br />a council hearing on the proposed improvement of LaBore Road from County Road D to <br />Edgerton Street and McMenemy Street from Little Canada Road to Viking Drive by <br />concrete curb and gutter, shoulder widening, and drainage improvements with said work <br />to be done in conjunction with cold -in -place recycling of the road surface by Ramsey <br />County Public Works. <br />AND WHEREAS, <br />Ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and <br />the hearing was held thereon the 19th day of January, 1999, at which all persons desiring <br />to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Such improvement is necessary, cost - effective, and feasible as detailed in the <br />feasibility report. <br />2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution <br />adopted the 19th day of January, 1999. <br />3. Howard R. Green Company is hereby designated as the engineer for this <br />improvement. <br />Adopted this 19th day of January, 1999. <br />Michael I. Fahey, Mayor <br />Joel R.
