Mayor & City Council <br />January 8, 1999 <br />Page 2 <br />DeLonais Option Agreement: <br />Attached is the option agreement we executed with Gene DeLonais for the purchase of <br />his property. It is my recommendation that we provide notice of our intent to exercise <br />this option. We then need to meet with Kathy DeLonais Adams to discuss selection of an <br />appraiser and finalize a date of closing and possession. (I think we should show some <br />latitude in the date of closing and possession in order to allow adequate time in <br />addressing the removal of personal property.)
