MINUTES CITY COUNCIL JULY 14, 1993 CALL FOR VACATION HEARING HUBBARD EASEMENT FRATTALONE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 93 -7 -209 - REQUESTING USE OF OFF - SYSTEM MSA FUNDS FOR RIGHT -OF -WAY ACQUISITION ON CSAH NO. 21 (LITTLE CANADA ROAD) The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. Ayes (5) LaVaile, Morelan, Hanson, Scalze, Pedersen. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 93 -7 -210 - REQUESTING USE OF OFF- SYSTEM MSA FUNDS FOR TRAFFIC SIGNALS ON CSAH NO. 21 (LITTLE CANADA ROAD) The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. TO CONSIDER THE VACATION OF DRAINAGE EASEMENT OVER THE HUBBARD PROPERTY ON COUNTY ROAD B The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. Ayes (5) LaVaile, Morelan, Hanson, Pedersen, Scalze. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. The City Attorney presented for Council approval the development agreement between the City and Frattalone Excavating for recycling operation on Country Drive. The City Attorney pointed out that the document has been expanded to include F. M. Frattalone, as individual, as well as Frattalone Excavating, and to terminate rights at such time as either one sells the Page 80
