If this Supplemental Letter <br />Agreement satisfactorily sets forth your understanding of our agreement, please sign the enclosed <br />copy of this letter in the space provided below and return it to us. <br />While this portion of Little Canada can be included in the Vadnais Heights modeling and storage <br />requirement determination, it cannot be done first or as a separate entity. It must be done with the <br />rest of the system so its impact on the hydraulic analysis is an inherent part of the modeling of the <br />whole system.
