Little Canada <br />Fire Department, Inc. <br />325 Little Canada Road <br />Little Canada, Minnesota 55117 (651) 484 -2722 <br />Little Canada Volunteer Fire Dept. <br />Procedures of Receipts & Expenditures <br />Gross Receipts from lawful gambling are separated by each site and by the type of receipt and are reported <br />to the Membership of this organization at its regular monthly meeting. Gambling proceeds are completely <br />separated from other revenues of the organization. <br />Deposit records detail the type of receipt (Bingo, deal or game), site, license number, and date. <br />Deposits are made within four (4) business days of completion of the game. A Deposit Register is <br />maintained for each site and are verified at the end of each month against the bank statements and Monthly <br />Tax Reports. The reconciled bank statements, monthly tax reports and deposit registers are reported to the <br />Membership and are recorded in the minutes of the regular monthly membership meeting of this <br />organization. <br />Checks from Gross Profit from lawful gambling require two (2) signatures. All expenditures from Gross <br />Profit from lawful gambling are reported to and authorized by the Membership of this organization at its <br />regular monthly meeting and are recorded in the minutes itemized as to date, check number, payee, <br />purpose, and amount. <br />Page 156 <br />
