DaVern Inc. <br />•,- Residential • .Commercial .• Land'Decelopment • <br />DaVern, Inc. (applicant) intends to plat the property into 19 lots — 18 townoffice lots <br />and 1 outlot. Property would be built as townoffices for sale. Typical buyers would be <br />businesses (i.e. dentist, attorney, medical, insurance, manufacturer's representatives, <br />real estate, etc.) as demonstrated in the Hamline Place, Roseville project, which is <br />nearing completion and similar in all aspects. <br />The townoffices, though commercial, are "residential friendly" in design, being rambler - <br />style structures, full walkout, optional decks, brick, cedar, aluminum and asphalt <br />shingles. <br />The property will be governed and controlled by a board of directors of owners via an <br />association. Association documents will be filed with the plat, becoming part of each <br />lot's title. Such documents shall include Articles of Incorporation, By -Laws, and <br />Covenants /Restrictions.
