Mr. Frattalone and 1 wish to express his continued appreciation to the City <br />Council, City Staff, andtth° City Artortte r for their.willingness per arrive at a mutually <br />beneficial decision <br />I have only three comments relative to the Development Agreement. We would <br />request the second paragraph of paragraph 10 be eliminated. It i certainly not a correct <br />statement of fact and is unnecessary for this agreement to be effective, enforceable, and <br />understandable. Neither the City nor Mr. Frattalone would want to delve into the extended <br />history of this property, but the City Attorney's proposal requires us to do so.
