IT I r'J <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTIONS 302.010., SUBD. 12, <br />AND 302.020(C) TO THE MUNICIPAL CODE <br />OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, <br />RELATING TO LICENSING OF STOCKPILING <br />AND CRUSHING OF AGGREGATE MATERIALS <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1.. <br />Section 302.010., Subd. 12, is hereby added to the Municipal <br />Code of the City of Little Canada to read as follows: <br />302.010. Subd. 12. The storage, stockpiling, and crushing of <br />aggregate materials and other activities relating to the same for <br />the purpose of making recycled concrete and asphalt aggregate. <br />The application fee and license fee for this activity shall be as <br />• provided in Section 302.020(C) of this Chapter. <br />Section 2. <br />Section 302.020(C) is hereby added to the Municipal Code of <br />the City of Little Canada to read as follows: <br />302.020. (C) The application fee for the license for the storage <br />and stockpiling of aggregate material shall be $25.00. in <br />addition to the application fee, the license fee for the storage <br />and stockpiling of aggregate material shall be an annual fee, <br />paid on Tune 30 and December'31 of each year. This license fee <br />shall be computed on the basis of $.10 per ton of material <br />processed on site. The contractor shall deliver to the City <br />whatever records, including, but not limited to, computer records <br />' and weigh tickets, the City requires to determine the tonnage. <br />Page 21 <br />
