Hanson <br />The applicant, Mr. Pete Kranz (Royal Excavating), has applied for a conditional use <br />permit (CUP) for open and outdoor storage of trucks and equipment including, four (4) <br />trucks, four (4) trailers, backhoes, and bulldozers as an accessory use, at 3168 Ryan <br />Lane, within the Ryan Industrial Park. The applicant indicates that he currently has one <br />business and a total of three (3) to four (4) employees located within the building. The <br />open and outdoor storage area for the entire building and will be located in the rear yard <br />as indicated on the site plan. <br />Site and surrounding areas <br />This property is an interior lot located on Ryan Lane and is zoned "1 -1" Light Industrial. <br />The principal uses of this building are office and warehouse /storage on a .59 acre <br />parcel located on the eastem side of Ryan Lane.
