MINUTES <br />City Council <br />May 25, 1983 <br />3168 Ryan // Mr. Forsberg introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Drive <br />Bldg. Plans RESOLUTION NO. 83 -5 -223 - APPROVING THE <br />BUILDING PLANS FOR 3168 RYAN DRIVE SUBJECT <br />Agenda TO ACCEPTANCE OF THE CITY BUILDIm INSPECTOR <br />Item No. 9 OF ITEMS RAISED IN HIS LETTER OF MAY 16, 1983 <br />AND SUBJECT TO THE POSTING OF A $500 LANDSCAPE <br />BOND WITH LANDSCAPING AND SOD TO BE INSTALLED <br />THIS SEASON <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br />Ayes (5) Forsberg, hanson, Nardini, Fahey, Scalze. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 9, Page 264. <br />Waite Mr. Rocky Waite has requested that Lots 1 through 5 and Lots 47 and 48, <br />Subdivision Block 12, North Heights Addition be combined and then redivided to <br />North result in two lots fronting on Ruch Street. The lots would meet <br />Heights City Code requirements. <br />Addition <br />Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />`zzt Agenda <br />Item No. 10 RESOLUTION NO. 83 -5 -224 - APPROVING' THE <br />COMBINATION OF LOTS 1 THROUGH 5 AND LOTS <br />47 AND 48, BLOCK 12, NORTH HEIGHTS ADDITION <br />AND THE DIVISION OF THOSE SAME LOTS AS <br />PRESENTED BY MR. ROCKY WAITE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by tor. Forsberg. <br />Ayes (5) Nardini, Forsberg, Hanson, Scalze, Fahey. <br />Mayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 9, Page 265. <br />Schrier The City Planner submitted to the Council a plan for the development <br />Proposal of the Schrier property chat proposes 170 units. The Planner reported <br />that the reduction in the number of units was due to a ponding area <br />Agenda that was established in the single family zoned area. Also the plan <br />Item No. 11 provides for an extension of the single family area so that Iona <br />Lane will abutt single family. Also the townhouses have been moved <br />back 50 feet from the high water mark. The plan also provides for <br />a looped street system. <br />The Planner pointed out that the Plan provides the stepped -down <br />zoning concept. The Planner felt that the looped circulation <br />system was positive, but pointed out that access to the property <br />to the east was still a question. <br />Page 75 <br />
